As a Warehouse Returns Lead , you will be responsible for working in a fast-paced, high-volume, environment where you will manage the returns process while leading a team of 3.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound material and returns processes
• Build, develop, and lead a team on warehouse operations, returns processes, and safety programs ( includes hiring and training new employees)
• Oversee daily performance to ensure processes and timeframes are being met
• Collaborate amongst other departments on inventory, purchasing, and logistical needs
• Establish and maintain process improvements
• Maintain the returns area ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety
• Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets and logs
• Assist in other departments/areas as needed

LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 2+ years of previous experience within warehouse operations ( shipping/receiving/order picking)
• Proven track record of hiring, training, leading and managing a team
• Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift
• Strong sense of time management with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams), WMS Systems, and UPS/Fedex
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak in the English language – Spanish is a plus!
• Ability to lift heavy packages (50lbs)

M-FRI; 7am - 3pm

$24.00/HR - $26.00/HR

*Pay is determined by our client and is dependent on level of experience!
