Kind Patches is on the hunt for a creative, fast-moving Video Editor to join our content team remotely.

You'll be the magic behind our videos — editing high-performing, scroll-stopping short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, Meta ads, landing pages, and campaigns. Your work will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual voice and driving performance across platforms.

We’re a fast-growing wellness brand revolutionizing self-care through natural transdermal patches. If you’re passionate about beauty, wellness, and social-first storytelling — and you love transforming raw footage into content that converts — this role is for you.

🎥 What You’ll Do

• Edit compelling short-form videos for social (TikTok, Reels), paid ads, email, and landing pages
• Repurpose influencer content, UGC, and in-house footage for various platforms
• Craft videos that convert — blending storytelling with platform-specific performance tactics
• Collaborate closely with our influencer, paid media, and creative teams
• Ensure brand consistency across all video content
• Add motion graphics, captions, and light animations where relevant
• Maintain and organize a growing content asset library
• Turn around edits quickly and adapt to evolving campaign needs

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of video editing experience (preferably in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands)
• Strong portfolio of short-form, social-first content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta ads)
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent tools)
• A strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, hooks, and trends
• Ability to work quickly, independently, and meet deadlines
• Clear communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for health, beauty, and wellness content

🧠 Bonus Points If You...

• Have experience editing UGC/influencer content
• Understand direct-response creative and what drives performance
• Are tuned into social trends and emerging platform formats
• Have experience supporting ad testing (e.g., variant iterations, A/B cuts)
