Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical spa. This role requires a strong leader who can manage all aspects of spa operations, including staff management, financial oversight, inventory control, event planning, and client experience. While operational excellence is the core focus, the Spa Manager will also play a key role in driving sales and ensuring revenue goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Financial Management:

  • Oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting to maintain profitability.
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, and sales performance, implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Maintain spa compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Staff Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new team members to build a high-performing staff.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
  • Manage scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels while controlling labor costs.
  • Foster a positive team culture that promotes engagement, professionalism, and top-tier customer service.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Set and track sales goals for treatments, packages, and retail products.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for client retention and revenue maximization.
  • Lead by example in selling packages and upselling treatments to ensure business success.

 

Inventory & Vendor Management:

  • Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing for products and supplies.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational.

Event Planning & Marketing Support:

  • Plan and execute promotional events, VIP client nights, and special spa initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop seasonal promotions and client engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in spa or medical spa management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, train, and manage a team effectively.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong background in sales, upselling, and revenue generation.
  • Financial Knowledge: Experience with budgeting, payroll, and reporting.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Passion for delivering a high-end client experience.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with scheduling software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Organization & Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple priorities, from staffing to financials to event planning.
