We are seeking a full-time Trauma Surgeon/Surgical Intensivist/Acute Care Surgeon to join our team at a Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center in the metropolitan Phoenix, AZ area. This immediate practice opportunity is ideal for a fellowship-trained surgeon who thrives in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment providing comprehensive surgical care.
Position Highlights:
Work in a designated Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center delivering a full spectrum of surgical services.
Collaborate with a highly skilled team and report directly to the Chief of Trauma and the Chair of the Department of Surgery.
Contribute to a robust academic and research-oriented environment, including teaching responsibilities and opportunities for health services, translational, or basic science research.

Requirements:
M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical or osteopathic school.
Completion of an ACGME-accredited general surgery residency and surgical critical care fellowship.
Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care.
Proven expertise in emergency surgery, surgical critical care, and trauma patient management.
A demonstrated record of teaching and research experience.
