What You’ll Do

  • Build & Expand – Identify high-value shipping clients and develop long-term relationships.
  • Sell & Negotiate – Price freight competitively, close high-margin deals, and win big.

What You Bring

  • 2-5+ years of proven success in freight brokerage, logistics sales, or a related field.
  • Established shipper relationships with a track record of growing a book of business.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a competitive, results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TMS platforms (or a fast learner).

WORK ENVIRONMENT
