Project Management & Process Tracking

• Monitor and track job progress during the Specification, RFQ, Design, Manufacturing, On-Site Start-Up, and Serial Life Management phases.
• Maintain and update detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment between planned and completed tasks.
• Conduct weekly reporting to PMSI or RCA, providing insights on project status and potential risks.
• Prepare and document meeting minutes for key discussions and decision-making processes.

Engineering & Technical Documentation

• Develop and maintain Equipment FMEA reports, mechanical, electrical, and fluid design reports.
• Manage the reserve monitoring file during the design stage, ensuring all changes and risks are tracked.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), audit reports, and exemption requests as needed.
• Ensure all modification requests are validated, documented, and communicated effectively.

Supplier & Procurement Coordination

• Track and update supplier tenders and amendments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure timely updates of order specifications and procurement schedules.
• Oversee COFOR requests and maintain an up-to-date FIDGI database.

Quality & Compliance

• Conduct RP stage reserves tracking, ensuring all deviations are documented and addressed.
• Prepare provisional acceptance reports, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain updated asset sheets and oversee final documentation in FIDGI.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of process and plant operations.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, with a focus on battery tray production.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective project tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management tools.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
