Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Physician Recruiter:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for physicians across primary and specialty care within an assigned geography
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring departments
• Conduct candidate screening and interviewing, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
• Draft, negotiate, and extend offer letters and employment contracts
• Maintain professional and timely communication with all stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and guest relations

Required Skills for Physician Recruiter:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of recent, relevant recruitment experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities
• High level of professionalism and discretion, particularly when handling confidential information
