Hybrid role, position will need to be onsite a few days a week.
Exceptional communicator and project manager required to support Legal department in implementation of corporate contract lifecycle management ("CLM") system. Requires 7+ years of experience managing system implementation projects (including CLMs) and overseeing operational change management. Must be able to translate operational business processes into system requirements, system implementation success factors, and user acceptance testing. Experience leading small to medium teams a plus.
Technology Requirements: Experience with ERPs and CLMs (contract lifecycle management) projects, advanced skills with project management tools (Jira, MSFT Project) to keep all details on track, intermediate skills with MSFT Office suite.
What does a typical day look like? Attending project workshops to discuss and advocate for Legal department's requirements. Meeting with Legal SMEs to discuss project status and action items. Creating and/or reviewing project artifacts.
Preferred background/prior work experience? 7+ years experience project managing large system implementations and/or changes. Experience working deeply with business users and translating their needs into requirements, success outcomes and user acceptance testing cases.
