Schedule: Monday through Friday (7am - 5pm -Overtime as needed)


The pay range for this position is $21.07 - $27 an hour - This role will receive additional pay for on call weekends (This role is also bonus or incentive plan eligible)


Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in installation and service within our industry is preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid state issued driver license
  • Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to acquire a DOT Medical Card
  • Ability to lift items that weigh up to of 50lbs independently and 90+ pound objects occasionally
  • A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • General digital literacy
  • Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver materials to the customer, which includes assistance with unloading and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
  • Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
  • Conduct residential and business deliveries using the Commercial Water Heater truck and operate the lift gate in accordance with training
  • Communicate immediately with supervisor if a scheduled delivery is going to be late so that the customer can be alerted
  • Interact with customers and associates, always mindful that this program starts with customer service
  • Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and regulations
  • Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
  • Respond to afterhours calls as part of our 24hr emergency service, unless a leave request has been approved by supervisor (understand that most deliveries must be completed within 2-3 hours of the order entry)
  • Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material as needed

  • Pay Range:
  • $15.61 - $23.41
  • Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
  • This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
