Job Description:
CW is searching for a highly qualified, experienced VP of Recruiting with at least 10 years of experience in direct full cycle recruiting/talent acquisitions.
REQUIRED:
· At least 4 years of experience in a senior management role in recruiting/talent acquisitions
· At least 4 years recruiting for a commercial real estate, finance or banking company

Qualifications:
· Demonstrable Resume and background
· Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree with emphasis in any combination of the following:
o Business or Finance
o Real Estate Development
o Marketing
o Related Field
· At least 10 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisitions
o At least 4 years of experience in a senior management role
o At least 4 years recruiting for a commercial real estate, finance or banking company
· Knowledge of real estate development fundamentals and capital markets.
· Excellent ability to communicate and follow up
· Highly motivated, organized, diligent, detailed, and hardworking
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Salary:
· $120,000-$180,000 / Year
