Job Description

Salary: 170,000 - 210,000 USD per year Requirements:

• 6+ years of advanced proficiency in Excel, including PowerQuery, and SQL skills for data analysis and financial modeling.
• 6+ years of experience in participating in continuous cost improvement projects to scale and improve cost controllership.
• 6+ years of experience in defining and tracking cost performance metrics and leading monthly cost reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience in the data center industry and understanding of data center network infrastructure.
• Preferred: MBA degree.
• Preferred: Proficiency in BI tools such as QuickSight or Tableau.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Visual Basic.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting process for global data center cabling projects, ensuring comprehensive coverage and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate closely with operational and finance stakeholders to create, refine, and maintain accurate CapEx forecasting models.
• Implement robust cost control measures, including conducting monthly reviews of financial and operating metrics, analyzing variances against forecasts, and effectively communicating key drivers to senior management.
• Drive critical analytical projects that provide valuable insights and inform decision-making at the senior leadership level.
• Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and drive initiatives to execute plans for reducing expenses across cabling operations.
• Enhance and expand metrics decks, incorporating relevant KPIs focused on cost improvement and efficiency identification.
• Manage funding appropriation requests for cabling projects, ensuring proper justification and alignment with budgetary constraints.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in CapEx management, data center cabling, and financial modeling to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
