About the Role

As a Tax Quality Review Specialist , you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our tax filings. You will manage and prepare complex business stuctures — However, your focus will be on reviewing . With your deep technical knowledge and attention to detail, you’ll ensure that every return meets our high standards before it goes out the door.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, but mainly review individual, S corp, and partnership, & Trust tax returns prepared by other team members
• Check for technical accuracy, compliance with current tax laws, and documentation completeness
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or planning opportunities in tax filings
• Provide constructive feedback to preparers to support quality improvement
• Collaborate with other tax professionals within the organization to clarify positions when needed
• Assist in improving review processes and internal documentation standards

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

• Have 10+ years of experience in public accounting or a tax-focused environment
• Hold a CPA license, EA, or JD/LLM in Tax
• Are deeply familiar with federal and state tax laws for businesses and individuals
• Have a keen eye for detail and a high standard for quality
• Enjoy digging into the technical side of tax work, especially review
• Prefer a technical contributor role without direct supervisory responsibilities
