Role Description

Senior Swimming Pool Service Technician

Easton Select Group/Christman Pool Service is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Swimming Pool Service Technician to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a leader with extensive knowledge in pool maintenance, repairs, and installation, who can bring expertise, leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

· Pool & Spa Maintenance: Oversee the opening, closing (winterization), and weekly maintenance of inground pools and spas, including Gunite, vinyl, and fiberglass models.

· Equipment Expertise: Diagnose, repair, and install pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems. Perform advanced plumbing and electrical troubleshooting.

· Leadership: Serve as the head technician, mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality service on every job.

· Problem Solving: Handle complex service calls, identifying and addressing technical challenges efficiently and effectively.

· Customer Relations: Maintain excellent customer relationships through clear communication, professionalism, and reliable service.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5+ years of experience in pool and spa service, including experience as a lead or senior technician.

· Proficient in the maintenance of Gunite, vinyl, and fiberglass pools.

· Strong experience with opening, closing, and routine service of pools and spas.

· Expertise in equipment repairs, including pumps, heaters, filters, automation systems, and advanced plumbing.

· Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to train and mentor junior technicians.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
