Elite Recruiter is looking for a Regional Sales Director for a luxury firm specializing in furniture, interior design, and real estate staging services.

💼 Compensation: Starting at $250K OTE (50/50 split)

Requirements

- Team Leadership

• 15-20 years of experience managing 5-10 account executives, sales development representatives, and/or account managers in a B2B environment.

-Revenue Performance

• Expertise in implementing predictable revenue forecasting models, managing pipeline activity, and tracking funnel performance metrics.
• 15+ years of experience overseeing a sales team’s pipeline, including lead generation programs, account expansion, NRR growth, sales process efficiency, CRM discipline, data hygiene, sales operations, analytics, forecasting, and revenue operations.

-Industry & ICP

• Strong preference for experience selling to real estate industry clients (e.g., real estate owners, brokers, and developers), though not required.

-Technophile

• High proficiency in technology and data management, with expertise in training teams, promoting adoption, maintaining data hygiene, and evaluating the ROI of sales and revtech investments.
• Familiarity with:
• CRM: Salesforce
• Sales & Prospecting: SalesNav, Apollo, Outreach, Clay, Groove, Waalaxy
• Revenue Intelligence & Analytics: QuotaPath, Tableau, Domo, PowerBI, Looker
• Office Ops: Google Suite, Slack
• Contracts: DocuSign, AdobeSign
• Other: Open to exploring and introducing new tools for team adoption.

-Location

• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the ability to travel within SF, Palo Alto, and Napa.
