As our Summer Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting internal AI initiatives while contributing to critical recruiting and HR processes. Key Responsibilities

AI and Automation Support

  • Assist in testing and refining our AI recruiting tools and workflows
  • Partner with leadership to develop approach to implementing AI across the organization
  • Help document feedback, track issues, and recommend process improvements
  • Research AI-driven features and suggest practical use cases for automation

Recruiting & HR Operations

  • Source candidates for niche and complex roles
  • Draft and post job advertisements
  • Support onboarding tasks and documentation
  • Help with resume formatting, applicant tracking, and process support
  • Collaborate with the team on special projects across recruiting and HR

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (rising junior or senior preferred)
  • Prior exposure to AI — through coursework, self-guided learning, or job/internship experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Interest in recruiting, HR, or workforce technology
  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like applicant tracking systems, automation platforms, or prompt engineering concepts
