At CSG Talent, we have partnered with a leading Electrical Construction Firm to find a Scheduler to join their dynamic team. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of complex commercial, industrial, and data center projects by developing and managing project schedules, coordinating with key stakeholders, and maintaining project timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and manage project schedules for high-value electrical construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Analyze project timelines and identify potential risks or delays, providing recommendations to mitigate issues.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress.

Requirements:

• Experience in scheduling for electrical, construction, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
