Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Professional Administrative Receptionist to support a large, well-established company. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. You will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming office environment while assisting with key administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, assess their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or department while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to ensure efficient communication.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating office activities.
  • Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure common areas are well-stocked.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding a positive and professional image.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
