Job Summary

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead key initiatives including our flagship Property CRM product, our Mobile app, and likely a new product launch. You'll report directly to the Head of Product and work closely with a Designer and Engineering Manager.

This is a full-time position based in Lehi, Utah. We offer a hybrid work schedule (three days in the office and two days from home).

Responsibilities
  • Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including requests for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
  • Own roadmap and execution for key products across web and mobile.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and sales teams to bring high-impact features to life.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their workflows, especially around data ingestion, reporting, and automation.
  • Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and gather insights to identify market trends and customer pain points.
  • Write clear product requirements and user stories. Oversee the development process, ensuring on-time, quality delivery of features.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and gathering input to refine product strategy.
  • Stay informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly and adapt quickly—it's a startup, and we're growing fast.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, and minimum of three years of PM experience in a SaaS or technology company (2+ years? Still apply if you think you're a strong fit).
  • Proven experience working in close partnership with design and engineering.
  • Experience managing complex software projects, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and mitigate risks.
  • Strong communicator and self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments.
  • Comfortable with CRM or data-centric products (e.g. reporting, ingestion, visualization).
  • Collaborative and highly innovative. 
  • Deeply curious about customer needs.
  • Proven ability to take feedback and learn fast.

Preferred:

  • Background in business, engineering, or analytics.
  • Experience with sponsorship, sports, or events.
  • You’ve shipped products from zero-to-one or worked on scaling software.
  • You've developed and shipped AI products that were a success.
