Job Title: Oracle C2M (Customer to Meter) Consultant

Location: Oregon

Experience: 5+ Years

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle C2M (Customer to Meter) Consultant to design, configure, and implement end-to-end solutions for utility customer care and billing processes. Expertise in Oracle Utilities C2M modules is critical for driving successful deployments and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Oracle C2M modules (billing, customer management, meter data, etc.) to meet business requirements.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements, design workflows, and map processes.
• Integrate C2M with external systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, MDM).
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance post-implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with utility industry standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Oracle C2M implementations (v4.x or later).
• Strong understanding of utility business processes (meter-to-cash, billing, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Preferred:

• Oracle Utilities C2M certification.
• Experience with cloud-based C2M deployments.
