  • Contract Duration: 5 months
  • Worksite Location: Visalia, CA
  • Compensation: $22-23/hour

What you’ll do as an Operations Support Associate:

  • Support the end-to-end order process, from order placement through customer payment, ensuring accuracy and smooth execution
  • Identify and remove process roadblocks using technology and collaboration with internal and external teams
  • Build strong working relationships across various partners including customers, suppliers, and logistics providers
  • Learn to manage daily order activities including order planning, shipment tracking, inventory reconciliation, and invoice resolution
  • Handle exception orders by coordinating with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Maintain item-level data in internal systems such as pricing, pack sizes, and descriptions
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure a consistent supply of goods
  • Communicate operational updates clearly and professionally to team members and external partners
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Meet tactical and operational KPIs while providing outstanding customer service

What you need to become an Operations Support Associate:

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative, process-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a diverse and inclusive team environment
