Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Back Office Administrator to support daily administrative operations at our automotive dealership located in Tewksbury, MA. This role is critical in ensuring smooth internal processes and providing administrative support to multiple departments including sales, service, and management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and document management
  • Process vehicle deals and paperwork for new and used car sales
  • Manage inventory records and update dealership management systems
  • Support accounting functions such as invoicing, billing, and posting payments
  • Reconcile vehicle titles, registration, and DMV paperwork
  • Maintain and organize internal records and customer files
  • Provide administrative support to the sales, service, and management teams
  • Handle office supply ordering and facility coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive regulations

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM

SALARY: $24-$26/hourly

LOCATION: Tewksbury, MA (on-site)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED :

  • Prior administrative or office experience preferred (automotive industry experience a plus)
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with dealership management software (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and dependable with a positive attitude
