🔎 What You Bring:

• Active NMLS license and 1–3+ years of origination experience
• Annual loan volume of $10M–$50M+ (or a clear plan to get there)
• Self-sourced leads —you’re great at building relationships and don’t rely on call center leads
• A growth mindset and a desire to build something that’s truly yours
