Are you ready to take your supply chain expertise to the next level? A leading manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Master Scheduler to join their dynamic team in Byhalia, MS. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on production efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Primary responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to optimize customer demand and productive capacity
• Establish optimal promise dates for EOX deliveries to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
• Lead monthly S&OP Supply meetings to review capacity, service levels, and supply chain plans
• Coordinate daily with production, buyers, shipping, and CSRs to address constraints and develop countermeasures
• Track and analyze scheduling-related performance metrics, including adherence to plan
• Manage and balance workload across manufacturing cells, translating MPS into takt time requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years equivalent experience in manufacturing, production scheduling, or engineering
• APICS Certification preferred
• Proficiency in ERP software, with SAP experience preferre
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in identifying and implementing scheduling practice improvements
