LHH is looking to fill a Technical Accounting Manager position is a newly created role for a growing Financial Services company in Plano. This position pays 155K-165K+Bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in documenting accounting policies and procedures, and establish a continuous process for updates as necessary.
• Support the creation and maintenance of documentation for key accounting processes, such as CECL.
• Prepare various technical accounting memorandums quarterly for specific estimates.
• Draft white papers for complex transactions as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Certified public accountant preferred
• Banking experience preferred
• A minimum of seven (7) years of accounting experience, with public accounting experience preferred
• Self-starter with a desire to learn and dig into detailed accounting analysis when needed
