Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain various compliance reports to support the engagement of subcontractors.
• Assist with our claims team in handling claims and legal matters.
• Support a broad range of legal projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and maintain high organizational standards.

Qualifications:

• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role preferred.
• Proficiency in DocuSign, compliance reporting.
• Experience with Viewpoint preferred, but not required.
