The Role

We’re looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer who is a machine at execution —someone who moves at lightning speed and thrives on building, automating, and deploying AI models and infrastructure at scale . You’ll be responsible for everything from model selection and optimization to infrastructure, deployment, and autonomous AI-driven development.

You will own the ML stack , push the limits of AI automation , and build production-grade AI systems that continuously improve in real-time .

What You’ll Do

• Build & Deploy → Own the end-to-end ML/AI pipeline , from training to production.
• AI Automation → Implement and optimize autonomous AI development tools to build self-improving systems with minimal human intervention.
• Scalable ML Infrastructure → Design and maintain low-latency, scalable AI systems on cloud and edge environments .
• LLM Optimization & Fine-Tuning → Optimize large language models for real-world use cases, including RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), fine-tuning, and multimodal applications .
• Data Engineering & Processing → Own high-throughput data pipelines , vector databases, and real-time inference optimizations.
• Cutting-Edge AI Implementation → Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest advancements in AI tooling, frameworks, and autonomous agents .
• Full Production Execution → Build AI models that are fast, scalable, and actually ship —no endless research loops.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in ML/AI development , with a strong focus on applied AI and execution .
• Deep experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and real-time AI applications .
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow for fast prototyping and production-grade AI.
• Expertise in LLM deployment , optimization, and inference at scale.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven automation , autonomous agents, and AI code-generation tools.
• Experience building and optimizing ML infrastructure, from training pipelines to inference systems .
• Cloud-native experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure , including scaling AI workloads in distributed environments .
• Strong grasp of vector databases, knowledge graphs, and high-performance AI data retrieval systems .
• Comfort with end-to-end execution —you don’t wait for direction, you build, deploy, and iterate .
