Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Executive Recruiter to join our team, focusing on the Food Science Sector. The ideal candidate will leverage a solid sales background and previous recruitment experience to drive the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and closing placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Food Science roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
• Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and industry trends.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, social media, and job boards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment goals and contribute to overall business growth.
• Provide exceptional client service by delivering timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the CPG industry.
• Solid sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
