Job Description

Executive Assistant – Wealth Management

Location: South Florida (On-site)

Compensation: $85,000–$110,000 base + performance bonus + full benefits

About the Firm:

Our client is a nationally recognized, high-performing Wealth Management firm with billions in assets under management. Known for long-standing relationships, discretion, and delivering white-glove service to high-net-worth clients, the team operates at the highest levels of excellence and trust. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and built on loyalty and impact.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant to support a senior leader at the firm. This person plays a vital role in helping the executive stay focused, organized, and ahead of schedule. The ideal candidate will bring both professionalism and warmth, thrive in a high-performing environment, and be comfortable managing both business and personal matters with complete discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage dynamic calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements (domestic and international)
  • Act as gatekeeper and liaison, representing the executive with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare meeting materials, handle follow-ups, and track key action items
  • Coordinate both business and personal tasks — including travel, reservations, errands, and vendor management
  • Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the executive
  • Maintain and update confidential documents, expense reports, and key project timelines
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve issues before they arise

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years supporting a senior executive, preferably in financial or professional services
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Confidence navigating complex schedules and high expectations
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Able to work independently and prioritize in a fast-moving environment

Why This Role:

  • High-impact position with direct exposure to senior leadership
  • Opportunity to be part of one of the most respected wealth firms in the region
  • Stable, long-term opportunity with a collaborative and high-integrity team
  • Competitive compensation, full benefits, and room to grow
