Pay Rate: $30/hr

**Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a customer in Detroit, MI. The Data Processing Associate is a combined role encompassing data entry, customer service, and accounts receivable involves a diverse range of responsibilities. The individual is tasked with accurately entering financial data into accounting systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and error-free. They also handle customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships. Additionally, the role includes managing accounts receivable processes, such as generating invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts to ensure timely collections. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Must Haves:

• 2-3+ years of experience in data processing/data entry/etc.
• Strong customer service experience
• Experience working for government, non-profit, or public sector

Plusses:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 5+ years of experience in data processing/data entry/etc.
