Working in Client Success
The Cybersecurity Advisory & Relationship Mangement team is a core group within Drawbridge. As an agile team, they works to provide best in class service and support to our clients. As a Cybersecurity Production Analyst, you will assist with maintaining relationships with clients, their IT resources, and associated third parties. You will work to gain an understanding of the Drawbridge business process, engagement deliverables and services, cybersecurity risk management, IT controls, and regulatory standards. You will gain valuable hands-on experience, working with many of the world’s most successful asset management firms.

The Cybersecurity Production Analyst will report to the Cybersecurity Production Manager.  This entry level role is intended to provide the necessary building blocks and understanding of Drawbridge systems and processes to prepare for potential advancement and additional responsibilities.

In this role you will:
  • Partner with Cybersecurity Advisory & Relationship Team members to ensure the timely completion and delivery of services.
  • Facilitate and participate in dialogue and consulting conversations with clients, IT providers and applicable third parties.
  • Conduct risk analysis, assessments, and security audits using internal and third-party tools.
  • Prepare detailed reports highlighting clients’ cybersecurity programs, their inherent risks, and proposed recommendations.
  • Monitor project statuses, update internal trackers, and provide status updates to clients
  • Coordinate with Cybersecurity Advisory & Relationship Team members to support proactive check-ins with clients to ensure services and projects meet client expectations.
  • Follow up with clients and third parties to ensure requested documents and findings are addressed.
You Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in General Business, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing.
  • 0-2 Years of Experience, preferably in a client/customer facing role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability and willingness to take on projects outside of the regular scope of work
  • Solid team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
Nice if you have
  • Project management and/or account management experience
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management technologies (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of hedge fund, private equity, or venture capital operations/compliance
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, Cloud Technology, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and/or Incident Response
Salary Range
  • $50,000 - $60,000
