Your Responsibilities:

  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Build strong, long-term partnerships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Drive Business Solutions: Conduct market research, lead generation, and prospecting activities to close deals and add value.
  • Be a Consultative Problem-Solver: Leverage your industry knowledge and expertise to deliver customized solutions that drive value for your clients.
  • Collaborate and Win: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Exceed Expectations: Consistently meet and surpass activity and production goals.
  • Become a Revenue Rockstar: Close deals, expand existing accounts, and add new logos to contribute to the company’s growth.

Who You Are:

  • A passionate and articulate communicator who can build rapport with anyone.
  • A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • A driven and results-oriented individual with a relentless pursuit of excellence.

  • A coachable learner who is eager to acquire new skills and knowledge.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably in the Staffing, Consulting, or Managed Service domain.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
