Overview

The primary function of this position is to provide administrative and sales support to the Renovation Field Managers. Renovation Coordinator I is responsible for fielding all incoming requests and distributing them if necessary. He/she provides support for the Renovation Field Managers, handles web support for Renovation accounts, processes renovation related quotes, orders and returns in a timely manner to ensure delivery within the expected time frame.

What you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.

How you will make an Impact:

  • Field all incoming inquiries via telephone, email, website, and fax.
  • Process Renovation orders, quotes, and returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate directly with Renovation team members to resolve conflicts.
  • Handle web support responsibilities for Renovation accounts.
  • Maintain electronic files accurately.
  • Learn and follow the Renovation Process to provide effective support.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Advanced verbal and written English language skills.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook).
  • A financial aptitude for understanding and facilitating profitable customer order sales fulfillment.
