TITLE: Construction Manager

LOCATION: on site, Zwolle, LA

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: contract

PAY RANGE: $55-60/hr.+

*Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reports to project manager
• Construction team reports to construction manager (safety manager, civil manager, electrical lead, receiving and document control) with dotted line to project manager
• Organize and develop the project construction team – project updates and meetings
• Oversees the project safety program - Ensure all safety and environmental metrics are being implemented to the company, local, state, and federal standards through the safety manager
• The receiving manager or contractor supervisor will be notified of material delivery and the need to receive and off-load the material.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6+ years of construction management experience on capital projects.
