Job Description

The individual in this role is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to internal and external clients. You will be responsible for generating and validating client statements, creating recurring and ad hoc client reports and working with others to resolve issues. You will work closely with other teams within the Client Relations, Investment Research, Sales, Development Teams on a variety of issues, ongoing client requests, new client reporting requirements, etc. Additionally, this role is responsible for looking for efficiencies in the reporting process and working to convert recurring manual reports to an automated reporting system. You will have exposure to a broad range of financial data and work with primarily institutional clients.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal and external parties on the production of monthly/quarterly fact sheets, separate account and bespoke reports and assist with various special departmental projects as required
• Independently review and analyse separate account and bespoke client reports for accuracy and escalate any issues with relevant internal/external parties
• Upload and review data feeds to Entrust Global’s Client Portal and Corporate website, in addition to client and third-party portals to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Work with our internal development team on bespoke reporting requests

Skills & Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1-3 years of experience, investment/financial services related field a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and deadline oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, internally and externally
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, take initiatives and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
• Self-managed with strong analytical skills
• Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
