Seeking a full-time BIM Technician in Dallas, TX
Pay: 70K - 95K DOE

Requirements
· High School Diploma or GED
· Strong BIM software experience or commercial field / subcontractor electrical experience
· Familiarity with Revit is preferred
Day to day duties:
· Create, modify, validate, and prepare detailed 2D and 3D construction drawings to meet the project's expectations
· Creates detailed product drawings required for manufacturing
· Creates field install drawings for Operations team
· Has a basic understanding of how to read and navigate Blueprint drawings
· Provides input to the project dashboard/tracking system
· Collaborates with the Operations team and BIM support lead to insure that detailing and installation practices utilize the most efficient and effective solution
· Collaborates with the Operations team and BIM support lead to review, evaluate, and maintain VDC deliverables
· Provides feedback to BIM lead and Supervisor to determine areas, systems, or assemblies that can be manufactured to improve efficiency during field installations
· Completes record drawings at the end of the project
· Able to work on different types of construction projects including but not limited to: commercial, mission critical, healthcare, industrial, and high rise
· Able to read and understand submittals for physical equipment sizing and/or layout during modeling
