As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage the front desk and perform daily administrative and clerical tasks. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and handle incoming and outgoing mail. As the first point of contact for our company, you will ensure guests are welcomed positively and directed to the appropriate person and office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive*
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail*
  • Carry out all duties in support of mail delivery and processing.*
  • Sort documents in preparation for filing*
  • Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, emailing, and filing*
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office*
  • Responsible for picking up mail from our P.O. Box and signing for certified mail*
  • Answer telephones and emails promptly*
  • Assist with Administrative and Executive duties*
  • Assist in office inventory and organization*
  • Assist with coffee machines, vending machines, water coolers, and restroom supplies*
  • Assist with set up and cleanup of office events, meetings, and conference rooms*
  • Support staff in assigned project-based work*
  • Follow the highest ethical and confidentiality standard*
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of Company activities*
