Position: 304B Account Coordinator Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid 1 day onsite) Duration: 6 month contract with possibility to hire Pay Rate $25-32hr Insight Global is looking for a 340B account coordinator, that will be supporting the customer support team. This individual must be detail oriented and customer focused to exceed customer service levels and achieve customer satisfaction goals. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Proficient in extracting customer compliance data from customer specific databases. Identify and implement process improvements on internal 340B Account Set up process. Handle research, reconciliation and negotiations of account issues including report out at an executive level. Resolve issues in an accurate and timely manner that provides the highest level of customer satisfaction. Account Set-up for 340B Covered Entity/Contracted Pharmacy business mode. Overseeing relationship with multiple Distribution Centers. Must Have Qualifications: Strong Understanding of 340B Processes Customer Relation Management Experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel Plusses: SAP experience Smartsheet experience
